All orders received during weekdays are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you do not receive this email. Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and then contact us on the day of delivery.
